Dr Rahul Chawla completed MBBS and MD Medicine training from VMMC and Safdarjung Hospital New Delhi. He completed DM Neruology training from India’s apex institution, AIIMS New Delhi and currenyly practicing as an Associate Consultant Neurologist in PSRI Hospital New Delhi. He deals with patients with neurological conditions such as Epilepsy (seizures), Stroke (paralysis), Dementia ( memory loss), Multiple Sclerosis, Movement disorders, Parkinsonism, Headache, Migraine etc. Dr Rahul Chawla is an active advocate for mental health and involved in dissemination of health related information through social media channels.
Dr Rahul Chawla had been an All India topper of BHU PMT 2008 and 2nd ranker in MP PMT 2008. He has written two bestselling biology books which have changed the way books for medical entrances were written. Dr Rahul Chawla’s previous two books Handbook of Biology and Biology at your fingertips have received lots of love and appreciation from student fraternity. Way back in 2011, he started his blog PMT Gurumantra as an idea, to propagate knowledge and wisdom, much like Guru Shishya Parampara of vedic times. He has mentored over 10,000 students and many of them are now doctors. He recently wrote books for Physis – Physics at your Fingertips, which comes in two volumes. His upcoming books include Chemistry at your Fingertips and revised edition of Biology at your Fingertips.
Dr Rahul Chawla also happens to be a novelist and wrote a best selling Hindi Novel Hazaaro Khwahishein. He is a motivational speaker and has given talks and lectures at schools and platforms such as Josh Talks.
